With over 30 years of experience in executive HR leadership and consulting, he has held key roles in national and multinational healthcare companies across Costa Rica, Latin America, Spain, the UK, Italy, and other global markets. He has led complex transformations, developed business capabilities for growth, implemented regionalization and integration strategies, and culture development. Ramos holds degrees in Business Administration and Human Resources from Universidad Autónomade Centroamérica. He completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources at Universidad Autónomade Monterrey and earned a certification in Strategic Change Management from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
